Each year, the College Ministry takes on different international, national, and local mission projects to partner with and serve the body of Christ around the world.  We have been given the opportunity to serve the Lord this summer with two different projects.  One of them will be to do a cultural exchange project with the people of China that will involve relational evangelism and service type ministries.  The second project will be with the Church at the Bay in Tampa, Florida.  We will join with this new church plant to do a sports camp and servant evangelism.  These two mission projects are amazing opportunities that the Lord has provided for the Lake Pointe College Ministry to take an active part in and serve the body of Christ.  Please begin to pray about your personal involvement with these two mission projects.  The tentative dates have been set and are as follows:

China – May 20 to May 30 / June 2?

Tampa – July 31 to August 5

If you feel that the Lord may be presenting the opportunity for you to go to China with us this summer or want to know more about the trip, please plan on attending a short informational meeting for the China Mission Project on January 8th at 7:30pm in room Y200 in Pier 4:19 at the Rockwall Campus.

Information about our Tampa, Florida project will come at a later time
